NOVA provided special inspection and materials testing services during construction of the $275 million development. The project consists of a 34-story residential tower with 426 apartments; the Downtown Innovation and Cultural Hub at Park + Market, which is a four-story, 53,000 SF office and classroom building for the University of California San Diego (UCSD); a renovated historic house that will be converted to a restaurant; and an outdoor amphitheater. A portion of the apartments will be set aside for low income residents. The project is located near the San Diego Trolley Blue Line which will connect to the main UCSD campus.
